Vinyl Decals are substrates that have printed patterns on them that can be moved to other surfaces upon contact. Some decals are created from reflective vinyl with an adhesive backing that is applied in a peel-and-stick manner. Thus, these are known as Vinyl Decals. Vinyl comes in large rolls that are fed through a plotter or large-format printer or cutter. The designs for Vinyl Decals are created through specialized computer software.
